Feliz Cumpleanos, Sara!!
Yesterday was Sara's birthday so Manuel and I planned a surprise party for her at Kim and I's house. Everything worked out so good....the food was great and she was definitely surprised!
Manuel and I cooked all afternoon......
He taught me how to make enchiladas (we made 70 of them!) and I taught him how to make brownies and peach cobbler (because no one here really bakes).

I am amazed more each day at the brothers and sisters in Christ that God has placed in my life here. I am growing to love and respect these great friends more each day. We have been able to laugh together constantly, pray for and with each other, and they are great teachers for me, always helping me learn more about the language and culture.

Looks like your party was alot of fun. You will have to make us some enchiladas when you come home. I bet they were good. Yum-O!

Necesitamos cocinar juntas cuanda ir al mexico!! Bueno? Mi pasaporte no esta aqui ahora pero debe estar aqui el 7 del marzo!! Ay, es muy cerca al dia que iremos al Mexico! Pues, Jesus es fiel. No puedo esperar!!! (Espero que puedas leer mi correo....) Hasta luego!!
