Almost done.....

It's hard to believe that my time here at MLC is almost over. This coming week will be our last full week and we will be having a lot of meetings with our region, instead of everyone being in class together. I have a lot of mixed emotions right now. It is exciting to think that in about three weeks I will finally be going to do what I know God has called me to do. After the long process of applying for this, then waiting, then candidate conference, then more waiting, then orientation, the time is finally here to go. So while that is exciting, it will also be weird to leave this group of people that I have been around everyday for 7 weeks. I have grown so close to some of them and will really miss them.

One prayer request I have right now is just about my visa. I am still waiting to get a paper I have to take with me to the embassy to apply for my visa. I am going to have to go to D.C. two more times while I am here, once to apply for my visa and another day to pick it up. I wasn't stressing about this at all because I knew it would get worked out, but now it really is getting down to the end here and this seems like it could be a hassle trying to go to D.C. twice in this next week and half, once I finally get this paper. So please just pray for that whole situation.
