Last night, my teacher Sandra invited me to come downtown with her and her husband to see all the festivities for the Virgin of Guadalupe Day. They had never been before either so we just wanted to see what it was all about. Most things started late in the evening so I met them at 11 pm and we just walked around and looked at everything. There were a lot of street vendors set up selling food so of course we had to eat some tacos. This picture is of all the people waiting to get into the church. They would stand in line just to walk through and have a few minutes near the picture of the Virgin.
